We offer a 3 year guarantee on all HEAT appliances but not against individual components that may wear and need to be replaced e.g. fire bricks, glass or handles etc. For best results we recommend regular care of your machine.
30 day trial
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your appliance, we will come and take it away, free of charge.
