An imposing mid-18th-century English mantelpiece in Statuary and Siena marbles with corbels heading the jambs above fruiting grape vines spilling from scallop shells. The frieze contains a center tablet featuring an urn festooned with grapes. The mantelpiece has a breakfront corniced shelf and egg and dart carved ingrounds.
